Last updated: August 10, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Luna Sniper — the website, dashboard and downloadable application (together, the "Service") operated by Luna Technologies ("Luna", "we", "us"). By creating an account, purchasing a license, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1.Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, purchasing a license key, or downloading and running the Luna Sniper application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to the marketing website, the customer dashboard, and the desktop application distributed to license holders.

2.Description of Service

Luna Sniper is a software tool that connects to the Steam Community Market using standard Steam Web APIs and automatically scans and purchases CS2 items (skins, knives, gloves) that match filters you configure, such as maximum price, maximum float value, and item name. The web dashboard lets you manage your account, configure targets, view your license keys and payment history, and download the application. The application itself must be running on a device you control (your own PC or a VPS) for the automation to function — see Section 8.

3.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to purchase or use the Service, since it involves cryptocurrency payments and interacts with real-money-adjacent virtual items. You must have a valid Steam account and comply with Valve's own Steam Subscriber Agreement and Steam Community rules in addition to these Terms.

4.Account Registration & Security

To use the Service you must create an account with a valid email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. Passwords are stored using a salted one-way hash (Argon2 or bcrypt) — we never store your password in plain text and cannot recover it for you; a forgotten password must be reset via the email-based reset flow in the dashboard.

5.Subscription Plans, Pricing & Payment

Luna Sniper is offered under a Monthly plan and a Yearly plan, at the prices displayed on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Prices are shown in US dollars. We accept payment exclusively in cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Litecoin), processed through our third-party payment processor, NowPayments. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, or PayPal. Because purchases are crypto-based, payments are generally not reversible on our end once confirmed on-chain.

A license key is issued to your account once your payment is confirmed as complete by our payment processor. Each plan grants access to the Service for the corresponding period (30 days for Monthly, 365 days for Yearly). Renewal is manual: we do not store payment instruments and do not charge you automatically when a license period ends — you choose to purchase a new period from your dashboard when you want to continue.

6.Refunds & Cancellations

License keys are digital goods delivered automatically and near-instantly once payment is confirmed. Because the key can be activated and used immediately, purchases are final and non-refundable once a license key has been issued to your account, except where required by applicable law. If a payment is confirmed by our processor but no license key appears in your dashboard within a reasonable time, contact us so we can investigate and issue the key or a refund as appropriate.

To confirm before publishing: this section states a standard "final sale once delivered" digital-goods policy as a safe default. If Luna Technologies wants a different policy (e.g. a short grace-period refund window before first activation), update this section before this page goes live.

7.License Grant & Restrictions

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Luna Sniper application for your own personal use during your active license period. You may not: resell, sublicense, rent, or share your license key with others; reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application except where permitted by law; use the Service to interfere with or gain unauthorized access to systems other than your own Steam account; or circumvent license activation or machine-binding mechanisms.

8.Acceptable Use & Steam/Valve Risk Disclosure

Luna Sniper is designed to interact with the Steam Community Market through standard Steam Web APIs, with request pacing intended to resemble normal human browsing rather than aggressive scraping, and without relying on proxies or headless browser automation. That said, Valve's Steam Subscriber Agreement restricts certain forms of automated interaction with Steam services, and any market automation tool carries an inherent risk of account action by Valve (including temporary or permanent restrictions), entirely at Valve's discretion and outside our control. We do not and cannot guarantee that use of the Service will never result in action against your Steam account. By using the Service you acknowledge this risk and agree that you use Luna Sniper at your own discretion and risk. We recommend risk-averse users consider using a secondary Steam account.

The application must be left running on a device you control — your own computer or a virtual private server (VPS) — for it to scan the market and execute purchases in real time. The web dashboard alone does not perform any scanning or buying; it is used only for configuration, account management, and license/payment management.

9.No Guarantee of Profit or Results

Luna Sniper attempts to find and purchase items that match the filters you configure. We do not guarantee that matching items will be found within any particular timeframe, that any purchase will result in resale profit, or that market conditions will remain favorable. The CS2 item market is driven by other users' listings and is outside our control and subject to constant change. Any decision to purchase items through the Service, or to resell items obtained through it, is made at your own risk.

10.Third-Party Services

The Service relies on the following third-party providers, each governed by their own terms and privacy practices:

  • NowPayments — processes cryptocurrency payments for subscription purchases.
  • Keygen.sh — issues and manages license keys and device activations.
  • Resend — sends transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, purchase receipts).
  • Render — hosts the backend API and database.
  • Steam / Valve Web APIs — used by the application to read market data and place orders on your behalf, using your own Steam session.

We are not responsible for outages, errors, or policy changes originating from these third-party providers, though we will make reasonable efforts to keep the Service functioning if they occur.

11.Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, branding, website content, and documentation, is owned by Luna Technologies and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Service to you — you receive only the limited license described in Section 7. "Luna Sniper" and associated logos are trademarks of Luna Technologies. Steam and CS2 are trademarks of Valve Corporation; Luna Technologies is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve.

12.Termination & Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard's "Delete Account" option. Doing so is irreversible: we revoke your active license keys with Keygen, then permanently delete your license records, payment history, and account record from our database. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, including the restrictions in Sections 7 and 8, without a refund of any unused license period.

13.Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Luna Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of virtual items, or Steam account restrictions, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

14.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luna Technologies, its operators, and contributors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights, including Valve's Steam Subscriber Agreement.

15.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, legal requirements, or our practices. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active license holders by email.

16.Governing Law

To confirm before publishing: the governing law and jurisdiction for these Terms depend on where Luna Technologies is legally established and cannot be inferred from the codebase — this needs to be filled in with the correct country/state before this page goes live.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [To confirm: governing jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [To confirm: venue], except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence grants you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

17.Contact

To confirm before publishing: no support or legal contact address exists in the current codebase (the transactional email sender is a no-reply address). Add a real, monitored contact address here before this page goes live.

Questions about these Terms can be sent to [To confirm: support contact email].
